-
The size of the apartment you're applying for
-
The number of people in your household
-
The total income your household makes

To help you understand what you may qualify for, the charts below show the maximum annual income allowed by household size and the monthly rent range for each apartment type.

FAQ
What are maximum and minimum incomes? The maximum income is the maximum annual income you can make to qualify for different units, depending on the size of your household. The minimum income to qualify must be twice the rent of the apartment that you are applying for. (If you receive a housing voucher, reach out to us to learn more about how that is counted towards the minimum income.)
What is considered a household? Do children count toward the household size? Any person who will be living with you in the same apartment will be considered a part of your household. That includes children and people who are not working or earning income. You do not need to be married or legally related to be considered a household.
How do I know which apartments I may qualify for? The charts above can help you determine which apartment sizes you may qualify for based on the number of people in your household and your annual income.
